Join together to say goodbye to Shabbat with this special program for all ages.
We'll all enjoy a special and, of course, delicious Seudah Shileesheet (3rd meal)
The Shabbat afternoon (Mincha) service has melodies to set the mood, adults
and teens will have a Torah discussion led by Rabbi Wolkoff while the kids
(ages 2 - 11) play and have story time. We'll end Shabbat together with the short
evening service and beautiful Havdalah.

Each Shabbat afternoon, we join the Cantor in the beautiful melodies of Mincha, we preview the next week's Torah reading. Once a month, we enjoy the always yummy third meal of Shabbat, “Seudah Shilisheet”, at the synagogue, and Rabbi Wolkoff leads a brief discussion (Study) of an interesting aspect of the weekly Torah portion, followed by the weekday evening service and the always moving Havdalah. The Study topic for January 22 will be “Are there other gods? What do the 10 Commandments Say?” Havdalah marks the end of Shabbat, and the service is usually over about one hour after the Shabbat Candlelighting time for that week. We'd love to see you there!
