Award-winning critic, essayist and translator and author of the international bestseller The Lost: A Search for Six of Six Million. Daniel began publishing reviews and essays on literary and cultural topics in 1991, and since then his work has appeared in many national publications, most frequently in The New Yorker and The New York Review of Books. He has also a frequent contributor to The New York Times Book Review, and is a Contributing Editor at Travel + Leisure. This program is free to members and guests.
